File Administrator Purchase Department

As File Administrator, you are in charge of the administrative follow-up and filing of purchase papers.

The function

You apply the internal purchase procedures, you inquire about price quotations of which you analyze the administrative part and fill in the databases. You draw up standard letters, publications and purchase forms. You follow up contracts, bank guarantees, deposits and invoices. You are the contact person for external and internal clients and as such you answer their questions about files, contracts, etc.

Your profile

  • Bachelor in law, accountancy, secretarial work, …
  • Active knowledge of English/French/Dutch
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel and preferably a working knowledge of PowerPoint and Access
  • You can work autonomously and meticulously
  • You have organisational abilities and you are immune to stress.
