Deputy Manager Wages and Staff Administration

As deputy to the manager, you are in charge of the processing and administration of the staff wages.

The function

You prepare all quarterly and annual documents as well as certificates for the different administrative departments and institutions. In application of the labour laws, you draw up the necessary documents for internal and external clients and you are the contact person for miscellaneous employees’ questions. You are responsible for reporting to the management and to the financial and accounting departments. For this purpose, you prepare the detailed facts and figures on the staff administration and you carry out detailed analyses.

Your profile

  • At least bachelor in finance, preferably specialised in wages and salaries management
  • At least 3 years practical experience is a major asset
  • Thorough active knowledge of French/Dutch and a working knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Good knowledge of the social legislation
  • A knowledge of EasyPay is an important asset
  • You can work autonomously and meticulously
  • You have organisational abilities and you are immune to stress
  • Your are a team player with a sense for discretion and diplomacy.
